Horizon League Women's Athlete of the Week

Sherri Douglas

Cleveland State, Junior, Canton, Ohio

Douglas paced the Vikings with an 11th-place finish at the Kent State Short Course Open. She finished just ahead of teammates Julie Piotrowski and Audrey Piotrowski with a time of 11:35.8. 

Horizon League Men's Athlete of the Week

No men's athlete of the week was chosen due to lack of competition for men's teams during the past week. 

Horizon League Cross Country Championships

The 2005 Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships, hosted by Wright State, are scheduled for Saturday, October 29, at John Bryan State Park in Yellow Springs, Ohio.  The Men's Championship will begin at 12 p.m., followed by the Women's Championship at 12:40 p.m. and the presentation of awards at 1:30 p.m.
