Detroit Wraps-Up Men's Golf Season At NCAA Central Regional

South Bend, Ind. - Freshman Mark Sommerfeld led the Titans at the NCAA Central Regional as the Detroit men's golf squad ended their season Saturday in South Bend, Ind.

Sommerfeld was the low scorer for the team with his three round total of +16 after rounds of 75, 77 and 74 over the three day event held at the Warren Golf Course on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. Sommerfeld posted eight birdies over the course of the Regional.

Sophomore Kyler Murphy was the Titans second-highest finisher as he tallied a three-round 229 (75-76-78) for a +19 finish.

Junior Sean Hutchinson (233--79-76-78), freshman Mikhial Pasic (239--79-78-82) and senior Mitch Starr (241--75-82-84) rounded out the remaining results for the Titans.
