Sommerfeld claimed second place individually at the 21-team William & Mary Invitational, leading UDM to third place as a team. Sommerfeld broke par in both of last week's rounds, following an opening 70 with a 69 on Tuesday. Sommerfeld has broken par in four straight rounds, and lowered his season stroke average to 71.8

McHenry recorded her second straight Top 10 tournament finish as she claimed a share of sixth place at the NKU Spring Invite. McHenry had rounds of 78 and 74 for a 152 total over 36 holes.

Knutson and Bond were the top finishers for the Raiders at the William & Mary Invitational as both tied for 65th with a two-round score of 156.

Mallory Wyderka

Cleveland State

So. * Olmsted Falls, Ohio

Wyderka was Cleveland State's top finisher at the William & Mary Invitational, posting a 162 to finish in a tie for 34th.  She is now sporting an average of 84.4 on the season.
