Player of the Week
Allison Epple, Detroit, Senior, Defender, Troy, Mich./Athens
Epple scored her first goal of the season, the game-winner, against UW-Green Bay in the Titans 2-0 win on Friday. Epple, a three-time All-League selection also helped shut down the Phoenix offense in posting Detroit's fifth shutout of the season.

Katie Heidenreich, Loyola, Sophomore, Forward, St. Louis, Mo.
Heidenreich returned to the form that helped her land a spot on last season's Horizon League All-Newcomer Team after scoring two goals last week for Loyola. The forward tallied her first score in the second-half of LU's Horizon League opener at UW-Green Bay on Sept. 26 and scored the Ramblers' lone goal in a 1-1 tie Sept. 30 at IPFW. Heidenreich ranks third on the team in scoring with six points on two goals and two assists.

Sarah Oligney, UW-Green Bay, Senior, Midfielder, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.
The Phoenix went 2-1 against a trio of Horizon League foes thanks to Oligney's assistance, as the senior midfielder posted nine points on three goals and three assists against the League. Oligney started the week with two goals and two assists in UW-Green Bay's 6-2 victory over Loyola Sept. 26, assisting on the game-winner early in the second half. Then on Sunday against Cleveland State, Oligney notched the game-winning goal on her own while adding an assist in the 5-0 Phoenix road win. Oligney now leads the Phoenix with 15 points this season in five goals and five assists.

Ginny Graczyk, UW-Milwaukee, Sophomore, Defender/MidfielderLibertyville, Ill.
Graczyk helped the Panthers to a 2-0 weekend, scoring a goal and an assist and anchoring a UWM defense that posted two shutouts and allowed just 10 shots. On Friday, she scored the game-winner against Cleveland State and assisted on another score, while allowing just three shots and none on goal to the Vikings. At Butler Sunday, she teamed to allow just seven shots and made a key play that snuffed out BU's best scoring chance.

Steph Comisar, Wright State, Junior, Goalkeeper, West Chester, Ohio
Comisar allowed only gone goal in the 2005 Air Force Invitational helping the Raiders to the tournament title. Comisar gave up a goal at the 31:16 mark in the first half of the Raiders' 1-1 tie against Northern Colorado. In her next action, Comisar stopped all four shots she faced, making five saves in the tournament. Comisar shutout host Air Force, making two saves for her fourth shutout of the season to go along with her 0.96 goals against average this season.

Roberta Johnson, Youngstown State, Junior, Midfielder, Shanandoah Junction, W.Va.
Johnson took the only shot on goal in Friday's game against Niagara as well as a shot on goal in Sunday's game at Canisius.
