INDIANAPOLIS -- Cleveland State senior Allison Craine (Austintown, Ohio) and Butler sophomore Callum Hawkins (Glasgow, Scotland) have been named Horizon League Runners of the Week, for the week of Sept. 19-Sept. 25.

Craine, a two-time Runner of the Week recipient, finished the 6K Ohio Invitational course in 23:13. She finished the race fifth overall among individual runners and helped CSU to third place. In addition, Craine ran the third-fastest CSU 6K time since 2005.

Hawkins posted his second Top-10 individual finish over the weekend at the Roy Griak Invitational. He completed the course in 24:08 to place seventh overall in the 220-man field. He helped his team to a 11th place finish out of 24 teams to earn the first Runner of the Week honor of his collegiate career.

Cleveland State will be back in action this weekend at the All-Ohio Championships in Cedarville, Ohio at 2:45 p.m. and Butler will head to South Bend, Ind. on Friday for the Notre Dame Invitational at 5 p.m.

Other Top Performers for the Week:

Jaime Johnson, UIC (Jr.) - The River Grove, Ill. native ran the 5K Forester Invitational race in a time of 19:03 to finish fifth out of 133 competitors.
