INDIANAPOLIS -- Detroit sophomore Rosanna Reynolds (Canton, Mich.) is the Horizon League Women’s Basketball Player of the Week while Green Bay’s Allie LeClaire (Green Bay, Wis.) is the Freshman of the Week for the week of Dec. 1-7.

The Detroit Titans (2-4) took the road this week to take on IPFW at the Gates Sports Center and defeated the Mastodons in overtime, 81-74. The squad was down three points with just 14 seconds to go in regulation when Reynolds netted a 3-pointer to send the contest into overtime. The Titans outscored IPFW 14-7 in the extra minutes, despite being down by one point with 3:14 remaining. Detroit finished the game with a season-high 47.6 shooting percentage from the floor (30-of-63) while also netting a season-high 11 triples.

Reynolds led Detroit from the floor and scored a career-high 33 points, with 25 of those netted in the second half. The sophomore shot 61.1 percent on 11-for-18 shooting and notched a career-best seven 3-pointers during the contest. In her second-career double-double, Reynolds also grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out four assists. She became just the 18th Titan in school history to record 30 points in a game and was just three shy of tying the school record.

Green Bay (6-2) remained undefeated at home this season after defeating Western Michigan, 70-55. The Phoenix were able to take advantage of 16 turnovers from the Broncos in which they converted into 22 points. Despite accumulating a 13-point lead at the half, Green Bay only outscored Western Michigan by two points in the second half to grind out the win.

LeClaire scored a game-high 19 points against the Broncos to mark a career-high for the freshman. While shooting 50 percent (7-for-14) from the floor, she netted four triples off the bench and helped the team pull away for the victory with 13 second half points. LeClaire also collected two rebounds and one assist in her 26 minutes on the court.

Detroit hosts Madonna tonight for a 7:00 p.m. ET contest streamed on ESPN3 before taking the road to Toledo, Ohio for the Glass City Classic. At the Classic, the Titans are set to face Southeast Missouri State on Saturday at Noon ET and the host Toledo on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET. Green Bay continues action Wednesday on the road against South Dakota State before returning home Saturday to host Big-Ten foe Wisconsin with the game set for an 8:00 p.m. ET tip-off to be streamed on ESPN3.

Top Players of the Week:
Peyton Apsey, Oakland (Sr., G): Recorded a team-high 15 points against Ball State while being only one point shy of tying a career-best. Against the Cardinals, she also tallied a career-high nine rebounds, just one shy of a double-double.
Nikki Arbanas, Youngstown State (Fr., G): Led Youngstown State in scoring in the game against Oberlin. The freshman scored 13 points on 5-for-7 shooting, three of which were from behind the arc.
Terri Bender, UIC (Jr., G): Scored a career-high 23 points against SIUE while converting 15-of-19 free throw attempts. The following game, she tied her career-high of 23 points versus Western Illinois.
Cori Coleman, Cleveland State (Sr., G): Led Cleveland State throughout the week averaging 20.0 ppg and 7.7 rpg. Posted back-to-back 20-point games to become the 12th Viking all-time to record at least 1,200 career points.
Ashley Green, Milwaukee (Sr., G/F): Posted her third double-double of the season in the victory at UMKC. The contest marked her fifth 20-point outing on the year.
Tay’ler Mingo, Wright State (Sr., G): Scored 32 points and distributed three assists against Dayton. Notched a career-high 34 points at Butler while also garnering three steals.
Haylee Thompson, Valparaiso (So., F): Led Valparaiso during the week with nine field goals while averaging 11.0 ppg in its two contests. The sophomore also tied a team-high in blocks and steals.

Top Freshmen of the Week:
Jenny Lindner, Milwaukee (G): Averaged 12.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game against UMKC and Omaha. Scored a career-high 15 points in the loss to Omaha.
Ciara Patterson, Wright State (G): Scored 14 points and collected four rebounds against Dayton and added five points and four rebounds at Butler.
Leah Somerfield, Oakland (F): Scored seven points and grabbed seven rebounds against Rochester College while also tallying seven points versus Ball State.
Chea Taylor, Detroit (F): Grabbed a season-high eight rebounds while also scoring six points in the victory over IPFW.
Jasmyn Walker, Valparaiso (F): Shot a team-best 58.3 percent from the floor while leading the team in rebounding (6.9 rpg) and blocked shots with three.
