Behind a strong first half shooting performance, the Cleveland State women's basketball team picked up its second straight victory Saturday afternoon, defeating Bowling Green, 69-48. With the win, the Vikings are now 2-4 on the season.

Titans Win Third Straight as Urbanick Scores Career-Best 24
Sophomore guard Nicole Urbanick scored a career-high 24 points and the University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball team won its third straight game in an 81-50 triumph over visiting Salem International on Saturday at Calihan Hall. Detroit improved to 3-0 on its current homestand with the victory.

Kinch, Davis turn career days into victory over IPFW
After tying a career high in her last game against Kentucky, junior Sarah Kinch eclipsed her career mark with 19 points on Saturday night to help the Northern Kentucky University women's basketball team defeat IPFW, 77-64, at BB&T Arena.

Flames run past Bradley, 66-56
UIC (5-1) posted their third straight comeback win in the fourth quarter to down Bradley 66-56 on Saturday afternoon in Peoria, Ill. The Flames used a 25-11 fourth quarter outburst in route to their third road win of the season.

Oakland Comes up Short at Miami
Olivia Nash poured in a game-high 17 points grabbing seven rebounds as the Oakland women's basketball team (4-3) dropped a 65-54 decision at Miami (Ohio) on Saturday at Millett Hall. Elena Popkey chipped in 12 points with six rebounds. Defensively, the Golden Grizzlies forced 21 Miami turnovers with seven steals.

Louisville Downs Crusaders at KFC Yum! Center
A fast-paced Louisville squad flummoxed the Crusaders Saturday at the KFC Yum! Center in Kentucky. Junior Imani Scott-Thompson (Akron, Ohio/Firestone [Dakota College at Bottineau]) led Valpo with 12 points, but the Brown and Gold fell 75-42 in front of 8,274 fans.
