GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – Green Bay women’s basketball senior Julie Wojta is one of 15 women’s college basketball players invited to participate in the WNBA Draft Selection Show held Monday, April 16 at ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Conn.

Coverage of the draft will begin at 1:00 p.m. CT on ESPN2 with analysis from Rebecca Lobo and Carolyn Peck along with the first round selections. ESPN3.com will simulcast the entire three rounds of the draft with the second and third round broadcast on ESPNU and NBA TV.

Wojta is the most decorated player in the 39-year history of the Green Bay women’s basketball program. During her senior campaign, Wojta earned Horizon League Player and Defensive Player of the Year honors, was one of five finalists for the John R. Wooden Award an AP Second Team All-American, Naismith and Wade Trophy finalist, just to name a few. Of the 15 top prospects invited to the WNBA Draft, seven are players who earned All-America honors either from the Associated Press or the State Farm Coaches’ polls this season.

The Los Angeles Sparks hold the first overall pick followed by Seattle, Minnesota (2011 WNBA Champions), Tulsa and San Antonio, rounding out the top five selections.
