INDIANAPOLIS -- Continuing to lead the way in live coverage of intercollegiate events, the Horizon League Network and partner WebStream Productions earned a 2012 College Sports Media award nomination for "Live Game and Event Production," in the Regional Sports Networks and Local Cable Providers or TV Stations category.
Specifically the HLN Game of the Week on Jan. 28, 2012, featuring Valparaiso vs. Milwaukee was nominated, with WebStream Productions and the Horizon League Network going up against nominees from FOX Sports South/Sport South, FOX Sports West/Prime Ticket, Longhorn Network and The Mtn. Sports Network.

Additionally, the Horizon League PSA featuring Matt Howard, written by Bill Benner and produced by Aaron Fletcher, earned an honorable mention nod in the "Promotion, PSA, or Video Marketing Campaign" among the Regional Sports Networks and Local Cable Providers or TV Stations category.

The winners will be selected by a panel of judges and announced on June 6 at the College Sports Video Summit in Atlanta.
