Indianapolis, Ind. - The 2004 Horizon League Men's Soccer All-League Team includes 21 new selections and only five returnees from the 2003 squad.

Detroit, UIC and Loyola each placed four players on either the first or second team. Butler, Cleveland State, UW-Milwaukee and Wright State each had three honorees, while UW-Green Bay placed two players on this season's all-league team.

UW-Milwaukee senior forward Antou Jallow has been named Horizon League Player of the Year for the second time in his career as he garnered the same title in 2002. In league play this season, Jallow led in four categories while placing in the top five in four others. He paced the Horizon League in points (21), points per game (3.00), goals (9) and goals per game (1.29) in seven league contests this season. He was second in the league in shots (26), shots per game (3.71) and game winning goals (2) while finishing fifth in the Horizon League with three assists. Overall this season, Jallow has accumulated 12 goals, four assists and 28 points. On Oct. 29 in a win against Butler, Jallow scored his 54th career goal, making him the all-time leader in goals at UW-Milwaukee and tying him with Detroit's Jorge Ferreira for the most goals in Horizon League history.

For the third consecutive year and fifth time in his career, UW-Milwaukee Head Coach Louis Bennett has been named the Horizon League Coach of the Year. Bennett has guided the Panthers to a 6-1 record in league play and a 10-4-3 overall record this season while also leading his team to a share of the regular-season title along with Butler. On Sept. 19 in a 2-1 win over UNC-Wilmington, Bennett became Milwaukee's all-time winningest soccer coach. He currently has 118 career victories in his eight-year tenure with the Panthers.

Jallow and Detroit senior forward Ablaye Camara are both three-time first-team all-league selections, while Butler junior midfielder/forward Scott Olsen makes his second appearance on the first team.

UIC's freshman midfielder Pavle Dundjer headlines the All-Newcomer Team as the League's Newcomer of the Year. Dundjer, who was the only newcomer on the All-League First Team, is second on the Flames in shots (33), third in points (8), and fourth in goals (3) and assists (2). Overall, six of the League's eight teams are represented on the All-Newcomer team, including four from UIC, three from UW-Green Bay, two from Cleveland State, Detroit and Loyola, while Wright State landed one selection on the team.

The 2004 Horizon League Men's Soccer Championship begins on Saturday, Nov. 6, with No. 3 Detroit hosting No. 6 UW-Green Bay at 1:00 p.m. EST at Titan Field in Detroit, Mich.
