INDIANAPOLIS - Butler senior Rob Mullett, Loyola senior Michael Jarman, Loyola sophomore Devin Gosberry, and Milwaukee freshman Samia Taylor have been named Horizon League Track and Field Athletes of the Week for the period of Feb. 8-14.

Mullett, a native of Brighton, U.K., receives the men's track honor after placing ninth in the mile (3:59.37) on Friday at the Husky Classic in Seattle, Wash. His time broke Butler's record set in 2006 and topped the NCAA qualifying standard.

Jarman, a native of Felicity, Ohio, picks up the men's field award after taking sixth in the weight throw (19.81 meters) on Friday at the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa. His NCAA provisional qualifying mark broke his own school record by 0.5 meters.

Gosberry, a native of Munster, Ind., garners the women's track honor after winning the 400 meter (54.17) and placing seventh in the 200 meter (24.67) on Friday, both of which broke Loyola records. Her 400 clocking marked an NCAA provisional standard. Gosberry was also a member of the school-record breaking 4x400 relay.

Taylor, a native of Madison, Wis., collects the women's field award after placing second in the triple jump (12.43 meters) on Friday at the Iowa State Classic. Taylor broke Milwaukee's record by almost a foot.

Butler returns to action on Friday when it heads to Charleston, Ill., for the EIU Friday Night Special, while Milwaukee hosts Loyola in the UWM Double Duel.
