Horizon League Cross Country Runners of the Week (October 17)

INDIANAPOLIS – Oakland’s Maggie Schneider paced the Golden Grizzlies at the Bradley Pink Classic, earning her Female Runner of the Week honors. Northern Kentucky’s Andrew Schille wins Male Runner of the Week for the second time this season after a strong performance at the Pre-Nationals in Louisville.

Maggie Schneider finished third out of 247 runners with a Red 6K time of 21:02.3 to lead Oakland to an eighth-place team finish at the Bradley Pink Classic.

MALE RUNNER OF THE WEEK | ANDREW SCHILLE | NORTHERN KENTUCKY | JUNIOR | CINCINNATI
Andrew Schille placed seventh individually leading the men’s team to a 10th place finish in the Black 8K at the the Pre-Nationals hosted by Louisville. Schille clocked a personal-best 8K of 24:10.30. The race featured 24 teams with 215 runners on the course.
