Horizon League Male Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week

Paul Lewis of UW-Milwaukee has been selected the Horizon League Men's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for Feb. 22.

Lewis posted three, top-three finishes to lead the Panthers to a seventh-place finish at the Midwest Invitational, despite sending just four swimmers. Lewis finished second in the 1650 freestyle in 17:18.81. He also placed third in both the 200 (1:48.68) and 500 free (4:56.31) events for UWM.

Horizon League Female Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week

Katie Green of UW-Milwaukee has been selected the Horizon League Women's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for Feb. 22.

UW-Milwaukee, Sophomore, Eau Claire, Wis. 

Green won two events to lead Milwaukee to a fourth-place finish at the Midwest Invitational last weekend, despite just six swimmers competing. Green was victorious on day one of the event in the 200 individual medley (2:17.45), before topping the 200 backstroke (1:00.83) field on Saturday.
