INDIANAPOLIS- Milwaukee’s Jenn Dore led all Horizon League setters with 13.00 assists per set this past week, as the Panthers battled two of the top three league teams on the road. Dore is the Horizon League Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week. Oakland’s Sammy Condon was a force at the net for the Golden Grizzlies this week, averaging a tremendous 2.20 blocks per set, best in the league. Condon is the Horizon League Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week.

Entering the weekend eighth in the nation in total assists, Dore climbed that chart in a pair of road contests for Milwaukee. The sophomore tied her career high with 63 assists to go with eight digs and two blocks in a win over then league-leading Oakland Friday. Dore followed that up with her fifth double-double of the year at two-time defending champ Cleveland State with another 54 assists and 11 digs in the four-set match. She now has over 100 more assists than any other player in the conference and 1,028 on the season. Dore also hit .500 for the weekend.

Condon had a milestone weekend starting out by recording 15 kills, hitting .462 and registering a career-high 11 blocks against Milwaukee. Her 11 blocks made her Oakland's all-time leader in block assists. The next day, she recorded a nearly identical performance by slamming 15 kills for a hitting percentage of .370 and tied her career high with 11 blocks. She became the program's all-time total blocks leader and became the eighth player in program history to reach 1,000 career kills. On the weekend, she finished averaging 3.00 kills per set, hitting .415 and defensively recorded a staggering 2.20 blocks per set.
