Horizon League Women Make Television Debut on Fox Sports North, Fox Sports Detroit

UW-Green Bay 69, Detroit 57
Green Bay, Wis.. - UW-Green Bay extended its win streak to 10 games and its home Horizon League winning streak to 52 consecutive contests as the Phoenix downed Detroit 69-57 on Saturday. UWGB now stands at 16-2 overall and at a perfect 7-0 in League play. UDM slips to 6-12 on the season and 3-4 in the Horizon League. Tiffany Mor led the way for UWGB as she tallied 24 points and nine rebounds. Abby Scharlow followed with 13 points and seven assists as she also reached the 1,000 point plateau for her career. Kelly Jaskot and Katie Solner each chipped in 15 points for the Titans. The game appeared on Fox Sports North and Fox Sports Detroit and is the first of four Horizon League women's games which will appear on Fox this season.

UIC 82, Cleveland State 70
Chicago, Ill. - UIC extended its win streak to four games and rolled into third place in the Horizon League standings after defeating Cleveland State 82-70 at the UIC Pavilion on Saturday. Chrissy Dizon led the Flames with a double-double of 20 points and 10 assists, while Dejeanette Flournoy finished with 17 points. The Vikings were led by Erin Martin who tallied a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds. Betsy Bowser chipped in 17 points for the contest.

UW-Milwaukee 66, Butler 61
Milwaukee, Wis. - UW-Milwaukee defeated Butler 66-61 at the Klotsche Center on Saturday. The Panthers currently stand in second place in the Horizon League with a 5-2 League record. With the loss, the Bulldogs slip to 2-4 in Horizon League play. UWM was led by Kimberly Becker who tallied 14 points and eight rebounds while Molly O'Brien added a double-double of 11 points and 10 boards. The Bulldog attack was led by Ellen Hamilton who scored a game-high 16 points for the contest.
