Indianapolis, Ind. -- Several Horizon League women's soccer teams and individuals have taken a spot among the national statistics leaders, according to statistics released by the NCAA on Monday (Sept. 25). The statistics include all matches played through Sunday (Sept. 24).

The team rankings are led by Wright State University, which places in the top 30 in three categories. The Raiders offense ranks 19th in scoring offense with an average of 2.4 goals per contest, while their 7-1-2 record (.800) places them 21st in the nation in winning percentage. The high-powered Wright State attack has been fueled by Amy Miller's seven goals and Megan Bush's four tallies. WSU, led by senior netminder Steph Comisar, is also the 30th-ranked squad with a team save percentage of .862. Comisar's four shutouts and 49 saves place her second and third on the Horizon League stat charts, respectively.

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee owns the loop's highest ranking, placing second in the country with a shutout percentage of .800. The Panthers are 7-2-1 this season and have only allowed goals in two of their ten games. Sophomore goalkeeper Erin Kane has six of the team's eight shutouts and is tied for the all-time UWM shutout record with 19 clean sheets in 29 career contests. UW-Milwaukee also appears at the 19th slot in goals-against average. With only five goals surrendered in 10 contests, the Panthers have allowed an average of 0.489 goals per contest.

Leading the way on the individual charts is a pair of University of Wisconsin-Green Bay players as senior Stephanie Gross and junior Jennie Gorwitz each place in two categories. Gross has tallied a point in seven of UW-Green Bay's eight contests, totaling four goals and six assists (14 points) on the campaign. She places sixth in the nation in assists per game (0.75) and 29th in points per game (1.75). Gorwitz has been on a tear with all 13 of her points coming in the team's last three games. She ranks 11th in goals per game (0.86) and 22nd in points per game (1.86), using two multi-goal efforts over the stretch to shoot up the leaderboard.

Youngstown State University goalkeeper Caitlin Bodzioney earned a spot on the most recent charts by turning away 6.63 shots per contest. She leads the Horizon League charts by nearly 1.5 saves per game and places 28th in the nation.
