CHICAGO - Loyola University Chicago's men's basketball game versus UW-Green Bay on Feb. 12 will be televised in high definition on HDNet, it was announced today. That contest will mark the Ramblers' third appearance on television this season.

 

HDNet produces and televises more hours of HDTV sports, news and entertainment programming each week than any other network. HDTV provides the highest level of digital broadcast quality available, delivering a crystal-clear resolution in a widescreen, theatre-like format.

 

Loyola is making its second appearance on HDNet, as its 2003 game at Butler also appeared on the network.

 

HDNet televises National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, NCAA football and basketball games in addition to NASCAR and boxing. HDNet is available on Adelphia Communications, Charter Communications, DIRECTV, DISH Network, Insight Communications, Mediacom Communications, Time Warner Cable and several National Cable Television Cooperative cable affiliate companies.
