INDIANAPOLIS -- Wright State University junior goalkeeper Meghan Hackerson has been named Horizon League Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the period of Sept. 7-13.
Hackerson, a native of Ames, Iowa, extended her scoreless minutes streak to 325 with a pair of shutouts last week. She collected 11 saves during the process and has not allowed a goal since Sept. 4.
Hackerson and the Raiders posted a 2-0 win over the University of Toledo on Thursday and played the University of Dayton to a scoreless tie on Sunday. WSU's three-game unbeaten streak is currently the League's longest.
Wright State (2-3-2) returns to action on Friday when it entertains Western Michigan University at 7 p.m. ET.
