-- The teams split two regular-season meetings, each winning at home.
-- Ryan Evanochko scored a season-high 30 points in the first meeting, hitting ten of 16 shots from the field with three tri-lighters. He managed only eight points in the re-match, however, hitting just three of 12 shots, although he did hand out nine assists.
-- Ryan Werch scored 17 points in Chicago, hitting five three-pointers. He also reached double figures in the first meeting, scoring 12 points off the bench. Mike Schachtner matched Werch's total in each game
.-- Justin Bowen led five Flame double-figure scorers in each game, pouring in 26 points on 10-of-14 shooting and grabbing ten boards at the Pavilion. He had 18 in the overtime loss.
-- Othyus Jeffers posted a double-double (12 pts., 10 rebs.) to go with seven assists before fouling out at the Resch Center. He grabbed 12 rebounds in the second meeting.
-- Danijel Zoric provided 17 points and nine rebounds off the bench in the first game, along with 12 points at the UIC Pavilion.
-- UIC rallied from a ten-point halftime deficit to force overtime at Green Bay but committed 19 turnovers to offset a 38-28 rebounding edge. UIC won the glass battle 40-32 and had only six turnovers in Chicago.

-- Chuck Bailey led all scorers with a season-high 22 points plus ten rebounds in Detroit. He was seven-of-10 from the floor and eight-of-10 at the line while blocking four shots.
-- Jon Goode and Brandon Cotton added 15 and 14 points, respectively, the first time around, but Goode was limited to five points in the re-match. Cotton was the only Titan in double figures, scoring a game-high 21.
-- Detroit dominated the boards at Calihan Hall, outrebounding the Ramblers 35-22 to overcome 17 UDM turnovers in that game.
-- Majak Kou had nine points in the first game but posted 21 points, six rebounds and four steals at the Gentile Center. Kou hit seven of 13 shots including three three-pointers.
-- Blake Schilb scored a team-high 21 points at Detroit and added 17 in the re-match, hitting six of his nine shots from the floor.
-- Leon Young pulled down ten rebounds at Chicago, as LU closed the rebounding gap to 38-33.
