Lawrence, Kan. – Brett Pozolinski did it again.

The senior high jumper punched his ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships after finishing as one of the top 12 in his event at the NCAA West Regional Friday at the University of Kansas.

Pozolinski cleared 2.16m (7-1) to finish in the top 12 in the event, with all athletes stopping once the field for nationals was decided. In fact, the Kimberly, Wis. native finished fourth in his flight and ninth overall in the deep field of 48.

Pozolinski, who finished fifth in the nation in high jump during the indoor season, now becomes the first Panther in program history to qualify for both indoor and outdoor nationals both in the same season and overall.
