Nine Horizon League Basketball Games Added to Sirius Satellite Radio's February Schedule

Nine Horizon League men's basketball games have been added to Sirius Satellite Radio's College Sports Radio schedule for February, the League office announced Monday (Jan. 30).


All nine Horizon League teams will appear on Sirius at least once during the month so fans from around the country can follow the chase for the regular-season championship leading up to the League's postseason tournament Feb. 28-March 7.


Entering this week's action, defending champion and preseason favorite UW-Milwaukee (15-4) leads the Horizoin League with an 8-1 conference record. Butler (11-8, 4-3) moved up from eighth place to second with a pair of wins last week, while Wright State (8-10, 4-4) is in third despite losing its last four League games. Five teams --- Cleveland State (8-11), Detroit 10-12), Youngstown State (7-12), Loyola (12-7) and UW-Green Bay (10-11) --- are tied for fourth place with identical 4-5 League marks with UIC (10-11) just a game back in ninth at 3-6.
