Men's Soccer Posts 2-1 Triumph over Wright State
It took until the second half for three goals to be scored with the UIC men’s soccer team (5-3-2, 2-0-1 HL) coming out on the winning side of the Saturday afternoon battle against Wright State (6-3-1, 1-2-1 HL) in a 2-1 final at Flames Field. Thomas Villamil and Manny Chavez each put the Flames on the board with the go-ahead goal and the game-winner, respectively. Read more

Men's Soccer Falls at UIC
An AJ Paterson goal tied the match midway through the second half for the Wright State men's soccer team, but UIC regained the lead in the 73rd minute and went on to a 2-1 decision in Horizon League action Saturday afternoon in Chicago. Read more

Vikings Draw Even With Detroit, 1-1
The Cleveland State men's soccer team earned its first Horizon League point of the season on Saturday night, finishing in a 1-1 draw with Detroit.

The Vikings move to 3-5-1 overall, 0-2-1 in the Horizon League while the Titans tie for the sixth time this season, moving to 3-2-6, 0-0-3. Read more

Hughes' Bicycle Kick Helps Titans to Conference Draw at CSU
Sophomore defender Tyler Hughes scored his first collegiate goal in spectacular fashion Saturday night, using a bicycle kick in the 73rd minute to help the University of Detroit Mercy men's soccer team to a 1-1 draw against Cleveland State University at Krenzler Field. Hughes' goal tied the match 1-1 after the Vikings had scored the first goal of the game earlier in the second half. Read more

Norse battle Golden Grizzlies to 1-1 draw
The Northern Kentucky University men's soccer team (5-3-2, 2-0-2 Horizon League) battled defending Horizon League champion Oakland (4-5-1, 1-1-1 Horizon League) to a 1-1 draw on Saturday at the NKU Soccer Stadium. Read more

Green Bay Continues Stellar Play, Secures 3-0 Victory Over Belmont
Green Bay continued Horizon League play with Belmont this evening, welcoming the Bruins (1-9-1, 0-3-0) to Aldo Santaga Stadium for a match under the lights. The contest was all Green Bay (3-5-2, 1-1-1) as the Phoenix netted two goals in the first half and one in the third to pick up its first conference victory and defeat Belmont 3-0. Read more

Bruins Battle But Fall to the Phoenix, 3-0
The Belmont University men's soccer team (1-9-1, 0-3) fell 3-0, on the road to Green Bay, Saturday evening in Wisconsin.

"We did some good things tonight but it is difficult when you are constantly chasing the game," said Head Coach Bryan Green. "We took a moment off and Green Bay made us pay. For the next 80 minutes we were playing catch up." Read more

Crusaders Earn League Win at Milwaukee
The Valparaiso University men’s soccer team picked up a big league win on Saturday night on the road, winning at Milwaukee by a 1-0 final. With the win, the Crusaders prolonged their program-record unbeaten streak to eight straight matches and matched a team best with five consecutive clean sheets. Read more
