Nothing But Hoops!

Ashen Ward, a sophomore guard at Youngstown State, is a Men's Basketball correspondent for the HLN Blog.

This is the best time of the year for me! The school semester is over, final exams are finished, and all the stress of going to class is done. No more late nights doing homework or cramming for big test. At least for a month or so anyway!

Now the only thing that matters is BASKETBALL! The whole team gets to put all our time and effort into the season. That means a little more preparation for our opponents and a lot more time in the gym working on our game. It also means a little more sleep for everyone. There's nothing else to think about but HOOPS!

Plus, Christmas is right around the corner, which seems to make the coaches a lot nicer than usual...haha! I've got plenty of gifts to buy, so that's all for now.
