Horizon League Track & Field Athletes of the Week (Week 3)

Butler University junior Stephen Lisgo and Youngstown State University senior Joe Lahmon have been named Horizon League Men's Track & Field Athletes of the Week, while University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee juniors Kelsey Conrad and Erin Havener have earned women's accolades for the period of April 6-12.
Lisgo, a native of Mansfield, U.K., receives the Men's Running Events honor after qualifying for NCAA Regionals in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:45.18). The clocking, which placed first at the Miami University Invitational in Oxford, Ohio, ranks first in the Horizon League this season and seventh nationally. It also set a meet and Rider Track record.
Lahmon, a native of Mount Vernon, Ohio, picks up the Men's Field Events award after qualifying for NCAA Regionals in the hammer throw (58.23 meters). The toss, which placed first at the Sea Ray Relays in Knoxville, Tenn., also ranks first in the Horizon League this season.
Conrad, a native of Robbinsdale, Minn., receives the Women's Running Events honor after winning four events in a dual meet with Marquette University. She set personal-best and Horizon League season-best times in the 100 meter (11.86) and 200 meter (24.45) in addition to running with Milwaukee's first-place 4x100 (49.03) and 4x400-meter (4:05.96) relay teams.
Havener, a native of Ashwaubenon, Wis., picks up the Women's Field Events award after winning the pole vault (3.66 meters) against Marquette.
Butler and Milwaukee will both send representatives to the Mt. Sac Relays in Walnut, Calif., during a split-squad weekend. The Bulldogs also compete at the Rose-Hulman Twilight in Terre Haute, Ind., while the Panthers head to the Rankin Invitational in West Lafayette, Ind.
Youngstown State returns to action on Saturday at the Sparky Adams Invitational in Berea, Ohio.
