INDIANAPOLIS - Cleveland State senior Beth Greulich, CSU sophomore Jordan Goad, Wright State junior Shaunda Sandifer and Butler junior Jessica Wolfe have been named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Midwest All-Region Team, while Youngstown State senior Ruth Boscaljon and CSU senior Liz Fazio have earned honorable-mention accolades.

Greulich, an outside hitter from Troy, Ohio, helped the Vikings to a 26-8 record in 2009. She lead the Horizon League with a .328 hitting percentage.

Goad, a setter from Toledo, Ohio, placed first in the League with 10.92 assists per set. She was also named to the Horizon League All-Tournament Team.

Sandifer, a middle blocker from Calumet City, Ill., ranked sixth in the conference in hitting percentage (.289), fourth in kills (3.44) and 10th in blocks (0.89).

Wolfe, an outside hitter from Plainfield, Ind., helped the Bulldogs to a 21-14 record in 2009. She led the League with 4.01 kills and 4.62 points per set.

Boscaljon, a middle blocker from Elgin, Ill., tallied 348 kills and 126 blocks for the Penguins this year. She also led the League with 1.20 blocks per set.

Fazio, an outside hitter from Akron Ohio, ranked third in the League in kills per set (3.60) and fifth in points per set (4.01).
