Saturday's match up between the Penguins of Youngstown State and the Detroit Titans, officially ended the first ever HLN Student Section Challenge Tour.

Five YSU seniors left the Beeghly Center after the game disappointed, having lost their final career home game by a score of 62-54.

Even though I didn't take part in the loss, I left the arena with the same feeling of disappointment. This feeling was directed solely to the students of Youngstown State University.

It would be extremely generous to say 150 students were in attendance for this game. And of those coeds who did decide to grace us with their presence acted like a bunch of church mice throughout the entire contest.

To give the readers, who weren't at the game, an idea of the atmosphere, please watch the following clip from Major League.

It has always been my opinion that the students are in charge of creating the atmosphere and the Beeghly Center has potential to be an incredible place to experience college basketball. With that said, I am calling out the YSU students...next year when the tour comes back to Youngstown, do your job! That includes you too Andrew. (See video below)

Be sure to check back in on Tuesday afternoon, as the Horizon League's No. 1 Student Section will be announced, along the winner of the Ultimate Fan Contest. The winner of this drawing will have a choice between a free night stay and two tickets to the Men's Basketball Championship game or a $250 Speedway gift card.

Until Monday...

Stay Crazy, Horizon League!
