He also teamed with freshman Dustin Goldenberg to upset Purdue's No. 1 duo before dropping the championship match of the Flight "A" doubles flight.

Minic posted a 6-0 record at the IPFW Invitational claiming the No. 2 singles flight title and the No. 1 doubles championship with teammate Annie Moore. Minic's run included two singles victories over League opponents, including a 7-5, 6-1 win over YSU's Anna Volkova, and a 6-1, 6-1 sweep over Valpo's Kim Sajevic.

Bayliss teamed up with Ben Shafer in the Flight "D" doubles bracket of the Ball State Invitational to claim three straight victories en route to the bracket title. Bayliss also scored a pair of singles wins in the "C" flight at the Purdue Invitational before dropping a hard-fought three set match in the championship.

Klepatz posted a 5-0 singles record at the Louisville Invitational, finishing first in the "C" flight of the main draw, and winning four of the five matches in straight sets. His first-place finish marks the first time a CSU player has won a draw at this tournament since head coach Brian Etzkin took over the program in 2002.

DeHerrera won his first round match against Butler's Stephen McLaughlin 6-7(9), 7-6(4), 10-7 in the "B" singles flight at the Ball State Invite. He also teamed with Alex Lau for a first round victory over IUPUI (8-6) in the "A" doubles flight before falling to Butler 8-2.

Welch won all three of her matches in Flight 5 of the IPFW Invitational, defeating foes from Evansville (4-6, 6-2) and IPFW (6-4, 6-4). She also swept Stephanie York of Valparaiso (6-2, 6-0). Welch teamed with Anna Volkova in Flight 1 doubles to shut out the pair from Evansville 8-0.
