Lystad opened his Horizon League campaign with a singles and doubles win over Green Bay's Tim Prudlow, 6-3, 6-4 at the first position. Lystad also teamed up with Bastian Harbo to defeat Prudlow and Mark Goldin at No. 1 doubles 8-4.The following day Lystad won at No. 2 singles, defeating Buffalo's Marcelo Mazzetto 7-6 (7), 6-4.

Nadasska's singles and doubles wins against Illinois State and Eastern Michigan were crucial in UIC's two victories over the weekend.Nadasska teamed up with Kristen McPhillips at No. 1 doubles, defeating Illinois State 8-3 and Eastern Michigan 8-6.In singles, Nadasska downed ISU's Julia Zubkova (6-3, 6-3) and EMU (7-5, 7-5), both at the second singles position.

Hawes went 1-0 in singles and 1-0 in doubles last week in the Bulldogs' only match at Ball State. After teaming up with Tiffany McLoughlin for the squads' lone doubles win at No. 3, she clinched Butler's 4-3 comeback victory over the Cardinals at No. 6 singles, rallying from down a set to score a 2-6, 6-2, 6-1 decision over her opponent. She has now won three straight doubles matches and four consecutive singles bouts.

Drvaric won at No. 1 singles (6-2, 0-6, 10-2) in a 5-2 loss to Ball State.
