So believe it or not, we only have three regular season games remaining. This season has really flown by but I hope we'll be playing well into the postseason.

We had a classic UIC moment last weekend when we beat Loyola. Over my four years here, we have always had great battles with them and this season's was no different. We won dramatically in double overtime (we've won there before in OT) and it is one of the most exciting feelings in all of sports when your team scores the winning goal in sudden death.

We play Valpo this weekend, then Butler, and then Detroit...in that order. All of our remaining games are going to be tough, but we are getting healthier and finally sneaking back onto the national radar.

The MLS playoffs start tomorrow night and should be really exciting this year. Obviously my allegiance is to the L.A. Galaxy (I sort of know the Associate Head Coach), and I hope they win it all, but every series is going to be good. Make sure you all tune into that, and the Horizon League Championships coming up in a few weeks as well!

Go Flames!
