Three Horizon League teams earn spots in ESPNU BracketBusters TV games

INDIANAPOLIS --- The pairings for the 7th Annual ESPNU BracketBusters were announced Monday night (Feb. 2), with three Horizon League men's basketball teams earning spots among the 13 games televised on ESPN networks Feb. 20-21.

In perhaps this year's marquee match-up, nationally ranked and League-leading Butler University (19-1, 10-0 Horizon League) will play at Davidson College (18-3, 11-0 Southern Conference). The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (17-6, 9-2 Horizon League) will travel to Long Beach State University (11-9, 6-2 Big West Conference), and Wright State University (13-9, 7-4 Horizon League) will host Northeastern University (15-6, 10-1 Colonial Athletic Association).

Pairings for the remaining 76 teams in the BracketBusters pool of 102 also were announced Monday. Other games featuring Horizon League teams are North Dakota State University at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Cleveland State University at Wichita State University, Bradley University at Loyola University Chicago, Southern Illinois University at University of Illinois at Chicago, Saint Peter's College at Youngstown State University, the University of Akron at Valparaiso University and the University of Detroit Mercy at Tennessee State University.

All 10 games involving Horizon League teams will be played on Saturday, Feb. 21, with specific ESPN network and game time for the televised games to be announced Monday, Feb. 9. The television package includes six games on ESPN2, five on ESPNU and two on ESPN360.com.
