Chicago, Ill. - UIC downed UW-Milwaukee 64-55 at the UIC Pavilion on Monday evening. With the victory, the Flames advance to 6-11 on the season and 3-3 in League play, while the Panthers slip to 6-9 and 3-2 in the Horizon League. After trailing 27-23 at the half, the Flames used a 10-0 run midway throught the second period to take over the lead for good. LaShonda Grant led the Flames with a game-high 24 points, including six three-pointers. The Panthers were led by Nichole Drummond who finished with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds.
