INDIANAPOLIS – Youngstown State freshman Robin Hall (Pittsburgh, Pa.) and UIC junior Tess Ehrhardt (Geneva, Ill.) have been named Horizon League Men’s and Women’s Runners of the Week while UIC junior Seyi Ogunleye (Calumet City, Ill.) and Youngstown State freshman Chenera Lacy (Virginia Beach, Va.) have been named Horizon League Men’s and Women’s Athletes of the Week for the period of Apr. 22-28.

Hall registered season-best times in both the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash at the Ashland Open. In the 200-meter dash, Hall sprinted to a time of 21.52 seconds to best a field of 31 competitors. In the 400-meter dash, Hall took fourth with a time of 48.34 seconds. Both times rank as the second fastest times in the league this season.

At the Benedictine Twilight, Ehrhardt broke the school record in the 3,000-meter run. She crossed the finish line with a personal best time of 9:51.85, good for first-place.

Ogunleye registered a triple jump of 14.03 meters at the Benedictine Twilight. His jump topped a field of 11 competitors.

At the Penn Relays, Lacy turned in a season-best high jump of 1.68 meters. The jump is a mere .02 meters off the best jump in the league this season, held by Jazmin Taylor of Valparaiso.

Next up is the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, held May 2-4 at Farmers National Bank Field in Youngstown, Ohio. Coverage is available on the Horizon League Network May 3-4, with streaming beginning at 2:55 p.m. ET on Saturday and 11:55 a.m. ET on Sunday.

- Finished third in the hammer throw (54.06 meters) and sixth in the discus (38.10 meters) at the Redhawk Invitational.
Bobby Grace, Youngstown State (Sr., Middleburgh Heights, Ohio) - At the Penn Relays, placed second in the shot put with a throw of 19.47 meters.
Nate Havener, Milwaukee (Jr., Ashwaubenon, Wis.) - Registered a career-best long jump at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative with mark of 6.83 meters, good for third place.
Eric Lewis, Detroit (Sr., Eastpointe, Mich.) - Placed third in the hammer (59.41 meters) and eighth in the discus (44.91 meters) at the Highlander Invitational.
Sarah-Ann Blount, Wright State (Jr., Dayton, Ohio) - Placed first in the triple jump at the Redhawk Invitational with a mark of 11.21 meters.
Ashley Bussing, Detroit (Fr., Adrian, Mich.) - Placed second in the shot put and eighth in the hammer throw at the Highlander Invitational with marks of 13.10 meters and 40.01 meters, respectively.
Sherice Hewett, Milwaukee (Jr., Milwaukee, Wis.) - Took home first-place honors in the triple jump at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative with a mark of 12.15 meters.
Sharon Mwale, UIC (Jr., Woodstock, Ill.) - Recorded a personal-best mark in the high jump at the Benedictine Twilight with a jump of 1.65 meters.
Jazmin Taylor, Valparaiso (Jr., Rock Island, Ill.) - Finished third at the Redhawk Invitational in the high jump with a mark of 1.61 meters.

Charles Anthony, Detroit (Sr., Northville, Mich.)
- Placed third in the 100-meter dash at the Hillsdale Relays with a league-best time of 10.70 seconds. Also placed eighth in the 200-meter dash, crossing the line in 21.74 seconds.
Durell Busby, Milwaukee (Sr., Canaan, Tobago) - At the Drake Relays, Busby, Jordan Schmidt, Nate Pozolinski
and Dexter Schleis combined to successfully defend their title in the shuttle hurdle relay in a school-record time of 56.39. Busby also placed eighth in the 110m hurdles (14.16 seconds) and 16th in the 4x100m relays (41.09 seconds).
Antwon Hatchett, Valparaiso (So., Indianapolis, Ind.) - Season-best time in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.00 seconds at the Redhawk Invitational.
Gunnar Sterne, UIC (Jr., West Chicago, Ill.) - Turned in the second-best time in the league this season at the Benedictine Twilight in the 800-meter dash with a time of 1:53.21.
Lousia Coppola, Detroit (Sr., Warren, Mich.) - Ran a personal-best time in the 5,000-meter run at the Hillsdale Relays. Her time of 16:49.88 was the second-best mark in the league this season.
Kacia Grant, Wright State (Jr., Reynoldsburg, Ohio) - Placed sixth in the 100-meter dash at the Redhawk Invitational with a time of 12.05 seconds. Also registered second-place finishes in both the 4x100-meter relay and the 4x400-meter relay.
Samantha Hamilton, Youngstown State (Sr., North Jackson, Ohio) - Placed ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the Penn Relays with a time of 16:36.46.
Kate Novacek, Milwaukee (Fr., Waukesha, Wis.) - Registered first and second place finishes at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative in the 100-meter dash (12.46 seconds) and the 200-meter dash (25.41 seconds), respectively.
Serena San Cartier, Oakland (Sr., Sudbury, Ontario, Canada) - At the Gina Relays, placed first in the 100-meter hurdles, crossing the finish line in 1:03.61. Also placed third in the in the 400-meter hurdles. Her time in the 100-meter hurdles ranks as the best time in the league this season.
