Player of the Week
Tiffany Mor, UW-Green Bay, Senior, Forward, Appleton, Wis./Fox Valley Lutheran
Mor lifted the Phoenix to a 2-0 week to boost UW-Green Bay's winning streak to eight games thanks to hot shooting from the field and a sure hand at the free-throw line. In UW-Green Bay's 89-45 win over UIC, Mor posted one of the top five shooting performances in the NCAA this season as the senior forward shot 11-of-12 from the field for a game-best 25 points. Then, against Youngstown State Jan. 15, Mor converted on the game-tying field goal with 40 seconds left and the game-winning free throws with 2.8 seconds to play to lift the Phoenix to its 53-51 win over the Penguins. Mor finished with a game-best 18 points against YSU. On the week, Mor also improved on her Horizon League-leading blocked shots total with six swats to better her season total to 43.

Other Top Performers
Cortney Urquhart, Butler, Senior, Center, Somerset Center, Mich./Hanover-Horton
Urquhart led the Bulldogs to a pair of lopsided wins last week, including a 20-point win over league foe Detroit. Urquhart scored 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting Saturday against Detroit, adding five rebounds in 34 minutes of action. The 6-2 center shot 7-of-11 Wednesday versus IUPUI, but needed only 21 minutes to record 14 points and six boards. The preseason All-League selection leads the Bulldogs with 11.5 points and 6.0 rebounds per game this season. Urquhart currently sits in 10th place on Butler's career rebounding list and is just eight points shy of 1,000 for her collegiate career.

Katie Solner, Detroit, Junior, Guard, Birmingham, Mich./Marian
Despite an 0-2 week by the Titans, Solner continued her claim for All-League honors this season as she averaged 13.5 points, 2.5 steals and 2.0 rebounds while connecting on nearly 63 percent (.625) of her attempts. She also tickled the twines at a .500 clip (4-for-8) from beyond the arc. In Detroit's contest with Butler, Solner deposited a game-high 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting, including a pair of three-pointers. She also snatched top-game honors with three steals. Earlier in the week against Wright State, Solner finished as the lone Titan in double figures as she dropped 10 points on the Raiders. In the tilt, she made three of her five shots, including 2-for-3 from downtown. Pulling down a team-best four rebounds, she also recorded two assists and a pair of steals. Solner is now averaging 12.1 points, 3.5 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 2.3 steals a night. She is either leading or ranked second in seven statistical categories for the Titans.

Kelly True, UIC, Sophomore, Guard, Green Oaks, Ill./Libertyville
True came off the bench in two games lastweek and averaged 9.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals per contest, while shooting 60 percent (3-for-5) from three-point range and 57.1 percent (8-for-14) from field goal range. True opened the week against UW-Green Bay, scoring a team-high 10 points, including two three-pointers,while adding four steals. The Green Oaks, Ill., native also played a crucial role in the Flames' 56-51 triumph over Wright State on Saturday, knocking down four of her five shots to finish with nine points and six rebounds. For the season, True is averaging 7.3 points and 3.2 rebounds per contest. In League play, True is averaging 6.2 points per game, while shooting 44.4 percent (4-for-9) from three-point range.

Meskhenet Lands, Loyola, Senior, Guard, Indianapolis, Ind./Southport
Lands averaged 17.0 points per game as the Ramblers wrapped up a 1-1 week by snapping a four-game losing streak against Cleveland State. Lands hit 7-of-14 from the floor against the Vikings to lead three Ramblers in double figures. Lands opened the week with 15 points and three rebounds as Loyola could not get over the hump late in a 62-55 loss to Youngstown State. For the season, she leads the Ramblers in scoring at 14.7 points per game.

Whitney Lewis, Wright State, Freshman, Forward, Lynchburg, Ohio//Lynchburg-Clay
Lewis posted 16 points, eight rebounds and added four blocks in a 48-46 victory over Detroit on Jan. 13. Two days later against UIC, Lewis finished with nine points and eight boards.

Jen Perugini, Youngstown State, Senior, Forward, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario/St. Mary's
Perugini averaged 12.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game last week. The 6-foot-2 forward led the Penguins to a 62-55 defeat of Loyola with a game-high 18 points and seven rebounds on 7-of-9 shooting from the floor. In a 53-51 loss to UWGB, Perugini posted seven points and 10 rebounds. For the week, Perugini shot 71.4 percent (10-of-14) from the floor, 50 percent from the three-point line and 100 percent from the charity stripe.
