Wright State received a 14-seed and will open the NCAA Tournament against 3-seed Kentucky on Saturday.

The game is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN2.The Raiders secured the Horizon League's automatic bid with an 88-69 win over top-seeded Green Bay on Sunday. Horizon League Player of the Year Kim Demmings was named MVP of the Horizon League Tournament. Demmings was joined on the All-Tournament team by teammate and fellow junior Tay'ler Mingo. Mingo scored 81 points in three tournament games to set tournament records for points scored and scoring average (27.0).

At 26-8 Wright State has already set a program-record for wins and will be making the school's first ever NCAA Division I Tournament appearance.
