Strong Second Half Lifts Men's Soccer in Home Opener
Scoreless at the half, the offense for the Wright State men's soccer team came alive in the second half with three goals, two by Peguy Ngatcha, to defeat Cincinnati 3-0 in the home opener Monday night at Alumni Field.

The Raiders went in front to stay at the 49:11 mark in the second half as freshman midfielder Jackson Dietrich scored his first collegiate goal on an assist by junior midfielder Sam DeRoy, his second assist of the year. Read more

Crusaders Battle Loyola to Scoreless Draw
It was another in a string of hot, humid nights on Brown Field for the Valparaiso University men’s soccer team’s home opener Monday evening, as the Crusaders hosted Loyola and the two sides battled to a 0-0, double-overtime draw.

“It’s always a very tough game with Loyola,” said Crusader head coach Mike Avery. “They’re a good team, their coaching staff is doing a great job, and so we knew coming in that we would have our work cut out for us.” Read more
