Wright State's Lloyd, Hartzell Sweep Women's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week Honors

INDIANAPOLIS – Wright State junior Cassandra Lloyd (Springfield, Ohio) has been named the Horizon League Women’s Runner of the Week, while her teammate Erin Hartzell (Greenville, Ohio) has earned Horizon League Women’s Field Athlete of the Week honors, for the week beginning Jan. 3.

In her first meet of 2011, Lloyd took third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Buckeye Classic, crossing the line in 8.39 seconds.

Hartzell recorded the lone victory for the Raiders in the meet, capturing the pole vault title at 3.05 meters.

Wright State returns to action with the All-Ohio Championships at Kent State, January 21-22.
