INDIANAPOLIS – Horizon League basketball media days are just around the corner, with coaches and student-athletes from each school gathering in Rosemont, Ill., on Monday, Oct. 8 (womens) and Tuesday, Oct. 9 (mens).
Coaches and student-athletes will meet the media and will take part in a live question-and-answer session on the Horizon League Network.
Fans will have a chance to participate in the Q and A in a variety of ways:
- Before Oct. 8, fans can submit questions to the Horizon League’s twitter account, @HorizonLeague, using the hashtag #HLWBB for women's basketball media day and #HLMBB for men's basketball media day.
- Fans can also post questions to the Horizon League’s Facebook account, with selected questions used on air.
- During the event, fans will be able to engage in a live chat while they watch the Q and A, simply by using the hashtag #HLWBB or #HLMBB in their tweets. Questions and comments that appear in the chat may be used on air as well.
- The live stream will also be carried on Facebook, and fans can post comments and questions on the “HLN Live” page for use on air.
