UIC (7-0-0) clinched the No. 1 seed and remained unbeaten in conference play after defeating Green Bay 2-1 in its final regular season match. The Flames last won the regular season title in 2008 and tournament championship in 2007. UIC will play in front of their home crowd at Flames Field as it hosts the semifinals and finals of the Championship. The Flames have a bye for the quarterfinal round and will play their first match on Friday, Nov. 15 under the lights.

Milwaukee (5-2-0) edged out Oakland for the No. 2 seed of the tournament as they defeated Cleveland State to round out its regular season. The Panthers are led by the sharp-shooter Laurie Bell, who tops the conference in goals and points.

Oakland (4-2-1) notched the No. 3 seed as they enter the Horizon League Championship in its inaugural season in the conference. The Golden Grizzlies will host the quarterfinal round at OU Soccer Field in front of their home crowd under the lights.

Cleveland State (3-4-0) looks to defend its 2012 Horizon League Championship title as they enter this year as the No. 4 seed. Winning the tie-breaker over Wright State, the Vikings will host their quarterfinal matchup at Krenzler Field on Tuesday night.

Wright State (3-4-0) claimed the No. 5 seed and will be led by goalkeeper Tyler Blackmer with 64 saves on the year. The Raiders have had numerous close matches this season and could be the dark horse of the tournament.
