Making its first home appearance in exactly three weeks, the Green Bay men’s basketball team found themselves in a game of punch-counterpunch against in-state rival Milwaukee on Monday night, before the Phoenix received a go-ahead, punctuation dunk from junior Jamar Hurdle with 2:03 remaining that helped preserve a thrilling 70-68 win over the Panthers at the Resch Center.

The Valparaiso University men’s basketball team put together yet another in a string of stellar defensive efforts this evening on Tuesday evening at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio as the Crusaders eased past Cleveland State, 66-43.

Oakland Takes Down Wright State, 89-73
Martez Walker made four 3-pointers and scored 22 points, Jalen Hayes and Kay Felder each had double-doubles and Oakland beat Wright State, 89-73, Monday night for sole possession of second place in the Horizon League.
