Each Horizon League school has their OWN channel. That's right. Ten teams, ten channels. And that's not all (trying to do my best Billy Mays – RIP), there is a Horizon League channel as well. That's 11 channels for the price of...well, FREE!

Each team's channel will have team-specific content running at all times. Want to see Valpo video content? Use the "Channels" tab at the top of the main page and choose Valpo. That will automatically redirect you to the Valpo team page. The cool thing is, if you want YOUR team's page to be the default page for your HLN experience, you can do that...just sign up for an account (top right corner) and choose a favorite team.

Once you arrive at your team's channel almost everything on the page is customizable as well. You can customize your customized HLN homepage! Confusing? Let me explain...

For starters, the HLN Blog on the homepage is going to be sorted by newest and most newsworthy. Not your bag? Well you can sort the blog's entries by your specific team. Or, can sort by a specific sport. A die-hard UIC soccer fan can have his/her HLN Blog feed show only Flames Soccer entries! It's easy to do to. Once on the "Blog" page you'll see a sidebar with each Horizon League school and a pull-down menu for each sport. Choose your sport and school and click the "filter items" button and your team/sport specific content will automatically be sorted for YOUR viewing pleasure.

The "News" tab, which will be collecting news from around the league, can also be customized by team and sport. Using the same steps as described for the blog, you can choose what news stories you'd like to read about, and what you'd prefer to ignore. Cleveland State softball news? SURE. Everything Loyola? No prob Bob. Youngstown Track and Field? WWPtPD? (What Would Pete the Penguin Do?) Customize his HLN, that's what!

The Video Library and Twitter Wall also allow you to search/filter items in the same way as the News tab and Blog. So, with just a couple clicks, you'll be able to see any game highlights from your favorite basketball team this season...all on the same page!
