Youngstown State

Lydia Scheringer

Hometown: Munich, Germany

MediumCompeting at the CSU Magnus Invitational, Scheringer turned in two top-seven performances, capturing fourth on the 3-meter with a score of 232.05.


Green Bay

Stephanie Garvin

Hometown: West Chicago, Ill.

MediumTaking three individual wins and three relays, Garvin helped lead Green Bay to the IUPUI Invitational title. Garvin dominated the freestyle distances, winning the 200, 500 and 1650-yard events.


Oakland

Kay Felder

Hometown: Detroit, Mich.

MediumFelder opened the season with back-to-back double-double performances to earn Player of the Week honors. On Wednesday night in Oakland’s season-opener, Felder led all scorers with 27 points and also passed out 12 assists as the Golden Grizzlies defeated Eastern Michigan, 91-81. The junior guard added two steals in the win and had just one turnover. On Sunday, Felder again led all scorers with 23 points and handed out 10 assists in the Golden Grizzlies 95-89 loss at Colorado State.


UIC

Tyler Pastore

Hometown: Lockport, Ill.

MediumCompeting at the TYR Invitational, Pastore posted top-eight finishes on both the 1-meter and 3-meter platforms.


Detroit Mercy

Josh McFolley

Hometown: Detroit, Mich.

MediumMcFolley was named Freshman of the Week after leading the Titans with 17 points in his collegiate debut. He became the first freshman to lead Detroit in scoring in the first game of the season since 1978. He shot 7-of-13 from the field, knocking down three three-pointers. He added one assist, one rebound and one steal in the game. On Friday night at Pittsburgh, he scored eight points and had one rebound and one assist.


Cleveland State

Philipp Sikatzki

Hometown: Leipzig, Germany

MediumIn total, Sikatzki earned eight first-place finishes at the CSU Magnus Cup, breaking three Busbey Natatorium records and one CSU program record. In the 100 free, fly and back, Sikatzki met the NCAA "B" standard.


Northern Kentucky

Molly Glick

Hometown: Fostoria, Ohio

MediumGlick posted two strong performances for the Norse over the week and recorded 9.5 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 1.5 apg and 1.0 spg averages. The freshman posted her second consecutive double-digit outing with 11 points against Cincinnati while shooting .364 percent (8-for-22) from the field in the two games. In addition, six of Glick’s eight rebounds were on the offensive glass to slot her 10th in the Horizon League in offensive rebounds.


Wright State

Kim Demmings

Hometown: Richmond, Ind.

MediumDemmings week was highlighted at the Lipscomb game where she became Wright State’s all-time leading scorer with her 27 point performance in addition to grabbing 10 rebounds to tab the double-double. Facing Kent State, Demmings dropped her first double-double of the week with 26 points, 14 rebounds while adding six assists. The senior closed out her impressive seven days by tabbing 24 points, eight rebounds and four assists versus Austin Peay.
