Hayes recorded back-to-back double-doubles, his fifth during Horizon League play. The Lansing, Mich., native scored game-highs in both outings, tallying 23 and 22 points respectively. Hayes shot an impressive 76 percent from the floor, going 22-of-29 in the two games, to lead all league players in field goal percentage.

Sunday’s win over Milwaukee marked the 19th time in his last 20 league games Hayes reached double figures. He led the Golden Grizzlies in two games averaging 22.5 points and 12.0 rebounds.
