This week's schedule is highlighted by League-leading and #23/15 Butler (18-4, 11-0) playing host to the two teams tied for second place in a three-day span. The Bulldogs will face Detroit (14-8, 7-4) on Thursday and Wright State (14-8, 7-4) on Saturday. The Butler-WSU game will be televised nationally on ESPN2 at 8 p.m. ET.
This week's HLN TV Game of the Week features Detroit at Valparaiso on Saturday at 2 p.m. ET. The game will air live on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, MyNDY 23 (Indianapolis), MyYTV (Youngstown), SportsTime Ohio (Cleveland), WBDT-TV Dayton's CW, ESPN Full Court/ESPN360.com and HorizonLeagueNetwork.tv, and tape-delayed on Time-Warner Cable Sports32 (Wisconsin) Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.
League-leading Butler holds a four-game lead over Detroit and Wright State with seven games to play. Cleveland State is a half-game behind in third place and Green Bay half-game in back of CSU in fifth. The top two teams earn byes to the semifinals of the League championship, while seeds 3-6 host first-round games on campus sites.
