Titans Dominant Second Half To Topple Youngstown State, 59-58-- Box Score
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (1/28/2015) -- An incredible 22-4 run to start the second half propelled the University of Detroit Mercy women's basketball team to erase a double-digit deficit as the Titans iced the Youngstown State Penguins, 59-58, on Wednesday night at the Beeghly Center.

Three Titans scored in double figures led by redshirt sophomore Rosanna Reynolds, who collected her fourth double-double of the season and fifth of her career with a team-high 19 points and 11 rebounds, while dishing out a team-best seven assists.

Senior Ellisha Crosby registered 13 points with five rebounds and freshman Darianne Seward had 10 points and seven boards. Read more

Penguins Falter in Second Half In Home Loss to Titans-- Box Score
The Youngstown State women's basketball let a 16-point halftime lead get away from them as Detroit rallied for a 59-58 win on Wednesday night at the Beeghly Center.

The Penguins led 35-19 at halftime, before they missed their first 10 field-goal attempts in the second half. That allowed the Titans to score the first 14 points of the period. The game was within six points the rest of the game.

Detroit took its first lead since 17:25 of the first half with 7:41 left in the contest following a 3-pointer by Rosanna Reynolds. After that 3-pointer, the lead changed hands four times until the 5:04 mark when a basket by Ellisha Crosby put the Titans ahead 45-44. Read more
