Player of the Week | Jaleel Hogan | Detroit Mercy | Junior | Forward | Saginaw, Mich.
Hogan was dominate in Detroit Mercy’s Metro Series victory at Oakland as the Titans knocked off previously undefeated-in-league-play Oakland 93-88. He posted a career-high 39 points and 11 rebounds in registering his third career double-double.

He also was a career-best 17-of-24 from the field and 5-of-6 at the free throw line. His 39 points were the most by a Titan since Willie Green had 41 against Wright State in 2003 and the second most by a player in the Horizon League this season. The 17 field goals were also the most by a Titan since Green had 18 in a game against UIC in 2003 and tied for the second most in the NCAA this season.

The award is the first Player of the Week honor of Hogan’s career and is the first for a Detroit Mercy player since Nick Minnerath earned the award Feb. 4, 2013.
