INDIANAPOLIS- Detroit Mercy senior, Rosanna Reynolds has been selected as Horizon League Player of the Week and Milwaukee's Lizzie Odegard has been pegged as Horizon League Freshman of the Week, respectively.

Rosanna Reynolds / Detroit Mercy / Senior / Guard / Canton, Michigan

Reynolds tallied season-bests with 32 points and 10 rebounds in Detroit Mercy’s Metro Series rivalry game against Oakland. The guard’s 32 points came off of 10-14 shooting from the floor, 3-4 from distance, and 9-10 from the charity stripe in 38 minutes of play. 20 of the senior’s 32 points came in the second half as the Titans used a 15-2 run at the start of the fourth quarter to take the game and bragging rights.

This is the first Player of the Week honor on the year for Reynolds and the fourth in her career.

Lizzie Odegard / Milwaukee / Freshman / Forward / Minnetonka, Minnesota

Odegard was hot from three-point range as the freshman scored six of the nine triples she attempted in Milwaukee’s two road wins. The forward averaged 10 points in two games with her 11 point, four rebounds and one block propelling the Panthers past the Crusaders on Saturday.

This marks the third Freshman of the Week honor for Odegard on the campaign.
