Green Bay (6-2-3, 1-0-1) travels to Cleveland State (3-9-0, 0-2-0) for a conference matchup Saturday, Oct. 12 at 1 p.m.at Krenzler Field.

Last Time Out

Green Bay Phoenix — In an intense match for the Chancellor’s Cup against undefeated No. 24 Milwaukee, the Phoenix triumphed over the Panthers in a thrilling 2-1 overtime victory. The win returned the Chancellor’s Cup to Green Bay for the first time since 2010.

Cleveland State Vikings – The Vikings played a tough match against No. 20 Akron Wednesday night but fell to the Zips 2-1. In the second half, freshman midfielder Sergio Manesio netted his first goal of his collegiate career with a shot from the top of the box.

3:00 p.m.—UIC at Detroit

Detroit (2-5-4, 0-2-0) hosts UIC (8-3-0, 1-0-0) Saturday, Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. for an afternoon matchup at Titan Field to continue Horizon League play.

Last Time Out

Detroit Titans—The Titans defeated Bowling Green Tuesday night 2-1 at Cochrane Field. In Detroit’s second consecutive nonconference win, Zachary Atwood tied up the match late in the first half with a shot from 20 yards out for his first collegiate goal.

UIC Flames—In their first overtime match of the season, the Flames claimed a 2-1 victory over Eastern Illinois Tuesday evening. Senior Slobodan Aleksov scored both UIC goals netting them in the the 87th minute to tie the match and 104th minute for the game-winner, each off of an assist from Jesus Torres.

5:00 p.m.—Oakland at Wright State

Oakland (4-2-5, 2-0-1) travels to Wright State (3-5-1, 1-1-0) Saturday, Oct. 12 for a 5 p.m. kick-off at Alumni Field.

Last Time Out

Oakland Golden Grizzlies—Oakland drew a 1-1 tie against Denver Monday night with Joey Tinnion scoring the lone goal for the Golden Grizzlies in the second half.  Tinnion’s goal was one of three for the junior in the last two matches, helping him earn Horizon League Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors.

Wright State Raiders—The Raiders did not have a mid-week match and are coming off of a 3-0 loss to Milwaukee last Saturday.

8:00 p.m. — No. 24 Milwaukee at Valparaiso

No. 24 Milwaukee (9-1-1, 2-1-0) travels to Valparaiso (3-3-5, 0-1-2) for a conference matchup Saturday, Oct. 12 at 8 p.m. under the lights.

Last Time Out

Milwaukee Panthers—Milwaukee suffered its first loss of the season Tuesday night at Engelmann Stadium in the annual Chancellor’s Cup match. Milwaukee’s ten game unbeaten streak came to an end with an own goal in double-overtime.

Valparaiso Crusaders—On Tuesday, Valparaiso drew a 0-0 tie in a double-overtime match against Loyola. The Crusaders have played six consecutive games on the road with the last two resulting in draws.
