Titans Upended By Southeast Missouri In Saturday Matinee At Glass City Classic
TOLEDO, Ohio (12/13/2014) -- Senior Ellisha Crosby recorded her first double-double of the season, but a late push by Southeast Missouri was the difference as the Titans fell to the Redhawks, 61-51, on Saturday in the first game of the Glass City Classic. The event is being hosted by Toledo at Savage Arena.

Crosby had 13 points and a season-high 10 rebounds along with four assists. It was her sixth career-double-double in just her 20th career Division I game.

Redshirt sophomore Rosanna Reynolds and freshman Darianne Seward each had nine points apiece, while sophomore Haleigh Ristovski grabbed 10 rebounds. Read more

Valpo Women Fall to Illinois at Home-- Box Score
Saturday's tilt at the ARC had a handful of familiar ingredients: freshman Dani Franklin (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/George Washington) led the Crusaders in scoring, and their opponent opened the contest with a double-digit run en route to a school record for three-pointers in a game.

Penguins Earn Impressive 80-48 Win at Canisius-- Box Score
The Youngstown State women's basketball team made 12 of its first 16 attempts from 3-point range and had five players score in double figures in an impressive 80-48 win at Canisius on Saturday evening.

The 32-point victory was the widest margin for YSU in a road game since Feb. 10, 2000, at Chicago State. The Penguins held Canisius to 31 percent shooting and outscored the Golden Griffins 41-19 in the second half. Read more

Green Bay Guts Out 53-43 Win Over Rival Wisconsin-- Box Score
GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – Despite a tough shooting night from the floor, the Green Bay women’s basketball team gutted out a 53-43 win over visiting Wisconsin on Saturday night at the Kress Center.

The Phoenix (8-2) struggled on the offensive end for most of the game, shooting all of 35.1 percent (20-of-57) from the floor and an even lower 1-of-19 (5.3 percent) from 3-point range.

The 53 points are a season low, 20 below Green Bay’s average coming into play. Read more
